Which customers are eligible for a 6-month free trial? 

The offer is available for new customers, additional users and users not covered by services included in Office 365 (for example, O365 Business, O365 ProPlus, only Teams, etc. Existing paid licenses cannot be revoked or replaced by this offer. You can add up to 3,000 O365 E1 CSP trial licenses to a tenant client.
